Understanding the ‘My Profile’ Page

The 'My Profile' page on the Encamp platform is a view-only screen where you can check your account details and the facilities to which you have access.

 

Accessing the 'My Profile' Screen

 

To reach the 'My Profile' page, click on your name located in the upper-right corner of the screen.

1. Role: This refers to your account's role within the Encamp application, not your job title. Different roles have varying permissions within the platform. Learn more here.

2. Contact Information: This includes the basic contact details associated with your profile. The same information will appear on any Tier II reports that include your account.

3. Facilities: This displays a list of facilities within your organization that you have access to. Only users with the ‘Super Admin’ role can assign and revoke access to facilities.

 

Editing Profile Details

Role

You cannot change the role of your own account. Only users with the 'Super Admin' role have the ability to modify the roles of other users. Learn more about ‘Super Admin’ tasks here.

Contact Information

You cannot alter your contact details directly from the 'My Profile' screen. To change your contact information, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click Facilities on the left-hand navigation, then select Contacts.

Step 2: Locate your name in the list of contacts and click to open the contact card.

Step 3: Edit the necessary contact information.

Please note that any changes made to contact details will be reflected both on your profile and within any Tier II reports on which you are included.

Facilities

Only users assigned the 'Super Admin' role can alter the facilities an account can access. Learn more about ‘Super Admin’ tasks here.
