Learn how to access your Encamp account or recover a forgotten password.
Accessing the Encamp Platform
The Encamp platform is readily accessible at ehs.encamp.com. Note that all new accounts will require manual setup before they can be used for the first time.
Setting Up a New Account
NOTE: New user accounts can only be established by Encamp staff or a user in your organization designated as a ‘Super Admin’. Read more about setting up a new account.
- Check your inbox, including your spam folder, for an email from noreply@encamp.com. The email contains your username (which is your email address) and a temporary password.
- Click on the Open Encamp now link.
- Enter your email address and click Next.
- Input the temporary password provided in the email.
- Set up a new password following the listed requirements:
- A length of at least 12 characters
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one symbol

Recovering a Forgotten Password
If you’ve forgotten your password:
- Go to ehs.encamp.com and enter the email address linked to your account.
- Click Forgot your password? and confirm that the displayed email address is correct. If it isn't correct, click Back. If it is, click Send to initiate a one-time password reset code sent to your email.
- Enter the 6-digit password reset code and set a new password in accordance with the listed requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if the link in my account setup email doesn't work?
The link in the email is designed to expire 1 week after being sent for security purposes. If the link has expired, please contact your Customer Success Manager to receive a new email.
