Encamp now offers four out-of-the-box user roles with specific permission settings so that users only have access to the facilities, reports, and information that's relevant to them.
Each user within Encamp can now be designated as a Super Admin, Encamp All Facilities User, Encamp Facility User, or Encamp EHS Field User. Super Admins access can only be granted by Encamp staff.
Each role provides a different access level so that users only have access to the information that is relevant to them. Note: If a user is granted higher level permissions they will need to logout and log back in to Encamp for those changes to take effect.
Roles and Permissions Descriptions

- Can view and edit ALL facilities, as well as add new facilities
- Can view/edit/complete Tier II Reports for ALL facilities
- Can view/edit//create/complete Tasks for ALL facilities
- Can assign and change roles and facility access for ALL other users, except other Super Admins
- Note: Super Admins cannot create other Super Admins or change another Super Admin's access levels

- Can view and complete Tasks for facilities they are assigned to by a Super Admin
- Can upload associated documents to Tasks for facilities they are assigned to by a Super Admin
- Can view and edit Tier II Reports for facilities assigned to them by a Super Admin but cannot submit reports
- Cannot create new facilities or users
- Cannot edit facilities, users, Tasks, or Tier II reports

Note: These roles and permissions are only available for Encamp users, not all contacts. In order to apply roles and permissions, Super Admins will need to invite Contacts to become users so they can login to the platform via Organizational Settings.
