Submission Records

Keep track of filing progress and view report records.

When a report is verified in Encamp, it is moved into the submission pipeline, where it undergoes various steps such as portal submissions, fee payments, mailings, and more. Each step can generate one or more records - for instance, a finalized report, a receipt, a proof of mailing. These records act as evidence of filing for your facility and assist in building an audit trail.

If the report has been verified, you should see a screen that looks similar to this:

As the report moves through the submission pipeline and records are collected, they are populated in the Submission Records section on the right-hand navigation pane.

In the example above, we see the following documents:

  • Certified, final report from the Michigan portal
  • Copy of hard copy mailing (including tracking) sent to the FD
  • Copy of email sent to the LEPC
  • A screenshot of the portal showing that a report has been filed for the facility
