Comments & Activity Log

Use Comments and the Activity Log for collaboration.

This article will discuss two tools Encamp provides to increase collaboration and visibility for reports that may have multiple people working on them.

Both the Comments and Activity Log can be found on the right navigation pane within a Tier II report.

Comments

Comments serve as a direct communication tool within the report interface, promoting collaboration among team members. Users can leave comments to share insights, ask questions, or provide clarifications regarding specific sections or fields of the report.

NOTE: Currently, Encamp does not support removing comments from a report.

Activity Log

The Activity Log serves as a detailed record of actions taken on the report. It provides a chronological account of user activity, including the date, time, user, and specific actions performed.
