Facility Profile

Each facility within Encamp will have their own Facility Profile. This profile aggregates critical information about the facility and its environmental programs such as physical location, contact details, regulatory agencies, government identifiers, and more.

Access the Facility Profile by clicking on the facility name from the Facilities screen.

To modify any information in the Facility Profile, click the Edit button. When you are finished, click Save.

Please be aware that any updates made to the Facility Profile can potentially affect unsubmitted reports. The same is true in reverse; changes made within a Tier II report will also reflect in the Facility Profile.

The example below shows how updating the Mailing Address in your Facility Profile will update the Mailing Address in an unsubmitted Tier II report. It also shows how updating a field in the report (in this case, NAICS code) is then reflected on the Facility Profile.
