Assigning Reports & Reviewers

Assign users for report completion or review.

Encamp gives you the ability to assign one or more users to complete or review reports, easing your workload management. This can be done from the Reports screen within the EPCRA module.

Note that this step is optional; reports can still be completed and submitted within Encamp without an assignee or reviewer.

Assigning a User or Reviewer to a Report

Step 1: Navigate to the Reports screen.

Step 2: Click on the report to which you want to assign a user or reviewer.

Step 3: Click on the Assign Report or Add Reviewer button.

Step 4: Select the users you wish to assign to the report.

Step 5: Click on the Assign button.

You can also bulk assign users or reviewers to reports by ticking the checkbox next to the facility and selecting Assign Report or Add Reviewer.

NOTE: Assigned users will receive an email notification informing them that they've been assigned to complete or review the report.
 

Removing a User or Reviewer from a Report

Step 1: Navigate to the Reports screen.

Step 2: Click on the report from which you want to remove the user(s) or reviewer(s).

Step 3: Click on the three vertical dots on the line of the report you wish to edit.

Step 4: Select Remove Assignee or Remove Reviewer.

Step 5: Click Yes, I’m Sure.
