Intro to Documents

Edited

Encamp's Documents repository is a centralized platform for storing and managing environmental compliance records. Maintaining documentation is typically necessary for demonstrating compliance with regulations and ensuring a smooth auditing process.

The repository can serve as a single source of truth for all your compliance-related documents, such as permits, regulatory reports, and inspection records.

The Documents repository supports various types of records:

  1. User-uploaded records: Manually add and categorize documents, such as permits, inspection reports, and correspondence with regulatory agencies.

  2. Integrated records: Documents from other Encamp modules, like Tasks, are automatically associated with the correct facility and added to the repository.

  3. Automatically created records: Documentation generated during the reporting process, such as Tier II reports, is automatically stored in the repository.
