How do I know whether my report has been filed?
To check on the filing status of a report you have submitted, click into the report for your facility (click here for help with this step).
If the report has been submitted, you should see a screen that looks like this:
1. Report Status: This section shows the progress that your report has made through the filing process. A description of each status is below:
- Awaiting Verification: The report is waiting on action and not yet submitted
- Processing: Encamp is currently in the process of fulfilling the report. It can take several days for a report to process - this includes automation completing the report, paying fees, mailing the report to the LEPC and FD, etc. (read more about this process)
- Filing Complete: All processing steps have been completed and your report is filed.
2. Submission Records: All records associated with your filing will be available in this section for download. This includes the final report, proofs of mailing, fee payment receipts, and more.
If the screen for your report shows three green check marks like the image above, then the filing of your report is complete.
