How do I check if filing fees have been paid?

📎
RESOURCE: Learn more about how about Encamp pays your filing fees.

Encamp pays all filing fees on your behalf - this includes fees that are paid during the submission process as well as fees that are assessed after the report has been filed. For example, most state fees are paid when your report is submitted. However, most Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) fees send an invoice days or weeks after your report has been submitted.

If your report has been filed (see How do I know whether my report has been filed?), then that means that at least all fees that are assessed during report filing have been paid.

However, any fees that may be assessed after we consider the filing complete (such as LEPC fees) are paid as they are received by Encamp and the documentation uploaded to Encamp. These records can be viewed in the Records section of Encamp (read more) or in the Submission Records section of your report.
