Report Statuses Explained

Understand the different stages of report submission.

Reports go through different statuses as they navigate the submission process. They can be passed between people in your organization for completion, review, or submission. Once your organization submits the report, there is a handoff to Encamp. This article helps you understand these report statuses, enabling you to track the progress of each report through the submission pipeline.

Facility Status

The Facility Status of a report indicates its position within your organization. Here are the Facility Statuses and their meanings:

Status
Meaning
Not Started
Reports not opened or initialized yet.
Not Reporting
Reports marked as 'Not Reporting'. (Read more)
Assigned
Reports assigned but not yet started. (Read more)
In Progress
Reports started but not completed, whether assigned or not.
In Review
Completed reports assigned to a reviewer. (Read more)
Verification
Completed and reviewed reports handed off to Encamp for fulfillment.
 

Encamp Status

The Encamp Status of a report indicates its position within the Encamp fulfillment process. Here are the Encamp Statuses and their meanings:

Status
Meaning
Awaiting Verification
Reports not yet handed off to Encamp for fulfillment.
Not Reporting
Reports marked as 'Not Reporting'. (Read more)
Processing
Reports being fulfilled by Encamp.
Filing Complete
Reports submitted by Encamp to all required parties.
 

Viewing Report Statuses

You can view the Facility Status of a report from the Tier II dashboard or the Report screen. To view the Encamp Status, consult the Tier II dashboard or click into an individual report (that has a Facility Status of Verification).
