Understanding Encamp Dashboards
Get insights from Encamp's dashboards.
Encamp's two dashboards allow you to understand your organization's hazardous material footprint and the status of all Tier II reports.
Hazardous Materials Footprint Dashboard
Access this dashboard by clicking Overview in the EPCRA module's navigation. It provides a visual representation of your hazardous material inventory with the following charts:
Doughnut chart: This chart shows the percentage of extremely hazardous substances (EHS) and hazardous substances across all facilities. A higher proportion of a chemical in the doughnut chart indicates larger quantities of that product.
Bar graph: This graph displays your top products (by weight) and their quantities over the past three reporting years. It's useful for identifying trends in hazardous material usage.
U.S. Map: This map illustrates the distribution of products across the country. A darker color signifies more chemicals per facility in that state.
Tier II Reporting Status Dashboard
Access this dashboard by clicking Tier II in the EPCRA module's navigation. It provides a summary of the status of all Tier II reports. The following information is displayed:
Tier II Progress: This box indicates the percentage of reports that Encamp has completed filing.
"Your progress" refers to the number of reports awaiting action from you or your organization.
"Encamp's filing progress" refers to reports in the Encamp fulfillment process.
"Tier II Reporting Complete" indicates the number of fulfilled reports.
Days until deadline: Shows the remaining days in the Tier II reporting season.
Total hours saved: Estimates the number of hours saved using Encamp, calculated based on the number of facilities and products.
Your Facility Status: Shows which reports are currently in which "Facility Status". Click here to learn more about what each status means.
