Role Permissions

User roles and permissions in Encamp are designed to offer varying levels of access and functionality within the platform. By assigning these predefined roles, organizations can effectively regulate the actions and access privileges of their users. Permissions by User Role

There are four roles available for all organizations: Super Admin, All Facilities User, Facility User, and EHS Field User. Each role has a distinct set of permissions across the different features of Encamp. The table below summarizes each role and their permissions.

NOTE: Super Admin access can only be granted by Encamp staff, but once established, Super Admins are able to create any number of users and assign their roles and permissions.

TIP: If a user is granted higher level permissions (such as from a Facility User to an All Facilities User), they will need to log out of their Encamp account and log back in for those changes to take effect.
